Ready-to-bake biscuits diversify Baker’s Quality portfolio

WAUKESHA, WI — Baker’s Quality Pizza Crusts is venturing beyond its namesake with its latest portfolio addition.

In a partnership with the restaurant chain Twisted Biscuit Brunch Co., the commercial baking company announced the launch of ready-to-bake biscuits.

“This partnership between Baker’s Quality and Twisted Biscuit Brunch brings together a shared passion for craftsmanship and innovation in the kitchen,” said Anne Cookson, president and co-owner of Baker’s Quality. “By combining our expertise, we’re proud to introduce a unique line of ready-to-bake frozen biscuits that deliver exceptional quality, convenience and flavor to customers everywhere.”

The freezer-to-oven baked goods come in four flavors — Minimalist, Nothing But Cheddar, Cheddar Jalapeño and Cinnamon Bear — making them a versatile option for foodservice operators to incorporate into their menus while also reducing labor costs, food waste and prep time.

Baker’s Quality biscuits can be purchased through the baking company or Dot Foods.
