RBS announces Exact Mixing leadership shift

ROBESONIA, PA — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), a global provider of bakery and snack solutions, promoted Matt Risser to director of sales for Exact Mixing, following the retirement of industry veteran Jim Warren.

In his new role, Risser will lead global sales for Exact Mixing continuous systems, working closely with manufacturers to expand automation, increase production efficiency and improve product consistency. Risser brings extensive experience with the company, having worked closely with customers across a wide range of applications throughout his 17-year-long tenure.

With a background in mechanical engineering and project management, he provides a strong foundation for helping manufacturers optimize their production processes and successfully implement continuous mixing technology.

“Matt has built strong relationships with customers through his technical knowledge, collaborative approach and commitment to helping manufacturers succeed,” said Chip Czulada, CEO of RBS. “He understands both the technology and the challenges our customers face every day, making him well positioned to continue growing the Exact Mixing business while building on the outstanding foundation Jim established.”

Risser succeeds Warren, who has spent more than 30 years in the baking industry and helped establish Exact Mixing. Throughout his career, Warren played a significant role in advancing continuous mixing technology within the baking industry and helped hundreds of manufacturers to adopt the technology.

“Jim has been instrumental in the growth and success of Exact Mixing for many years,” Czulada said. “We are grateful for his contributions to our customers, our company and the baking industry, and we wish him the very best in his retirement.”
