ROBESONIA, PA — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) has named Chip Czulada as president, effective Jan. 1, 2024. He will succeed Joe Zaleski, who will transition to a strategic advisory role in the new year.

Czulada has more than 35 years of experience in financial and manufacturing management and currently serves as RBS’ EVP and CFO. He joined the company in 2003 and has overseen all facets of its daily operations, including accounting, parts sales and manufacturing, information technology, human resources and Reading Thermal.

Zaleski has been with RBS for over 30 years, spending the past 13 years as president. Under his leadership, the company has experienced significant growth in global market share and brand recognition.
