NORWALK, CT — For food and beverage brands staying up to date on social media, there’s a new flavor profile taking the streams by storm, and Late July is throwing its name into the mix. The manufacturer of organic, non-GMO tortilla chips hopped on the Pickle Lemonade trend with the  release of a new SKU of the sour-and-savory flavor mashup.

According to Mintel’s “Trending Flavors and Ingredients in Salty Snacks US 2025” report, dill pickle and lemonade are both trending, with Gen Z and millennial consumers seeking new taste experiences. Translating this trending beverage flavor into a snackable format required combining tangy lemon zest with briny dill pickle. The result is Late July’s Summer Batch tortilla chip.

“We take inspiration from that moment when summer feels endless — when there’s time to slow down and share a savory snack with friends and family,” the company said in a statement. “Made with organic yellow corn and avocado oil, our new limited-time Pickle Lemonade tortilla chips deliver that same unexpected flavor experience with high-quality ingredients for the health-minded consumer.”

Late July Pickle Lemonade is available at retailers nationwide for an SRP of $5.79 while supplies last.
