The IMPRESSA bread line has an open design and removable modules that create easy access for cleaning. Components such as the conveyor belt table of the soft dough sheeter and soft dough roller are now mobile and can be cleaned in the washing area.
The bread line’s design allows it to be ready for new products quickly without tools. With 16 ft. taken off its length, the line is more compact. New rolling technology produces a uniform dough sheet with defined edges without shearing forces or the use of separating agents.
The PROGRESSA bread line features a new round moulder that offers more possibilities and a new controller that makes the line easier and more intuitive to operate.
Fritsch will also be showing its ROLLFIX prime dough sheeter
Visitors to Fritsch’s booth will be able to view live demonstrations of these lines.
