LAS VEGAS – Emerald Holding, Inc. and Comexposium announced a new partnership to launch SIAL America in Las Vegas, which is to be held Mar. 22-24, 2022 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The SIAL network is the world’s largest network of food and drink fairs with shows around the world. Comexposium, a leading event organizer and owner of the SIAL brand, is uniting with Emerald to produce what is expected to be the first large-scale generalist food show focused on supporting the $1.5 trillion food and beverage market in the US. The future show in Las Vegas will mark the first US market for the 50-year-old show.

The location and partnership were fueled by the city being a top tradeshow destination, with Las Vegas being named the number one location for 26 consecutive years by Trade Show News Network, and with Emerald’s extensive history with the location and record of providing market-driven platforms that integrate live events with a scope of media.

“This partnership underscores the ever-increasing importance of creating a single event for the food industry,” said Jessica Blue, EVP, Emerald. “Emerald and Comexposium share a vision of providing new opportunities for our customers to grow and innovate, which is very exciting for our industry as a whole.”
