CLEVELAND — Trina Bediako, CEO of Norwalk, OH-based New Horizons Baking Co. (NHB), was recognized as a 2025 Women of Achievement Award recipient by YWCA Greater Cleveland. The annual award honors Northeast Ohio women who have achieved extraordinary accomplishments in their careers and community service and are committed to upholding YWCA’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.

Bediako joined NHB in 2006 and served in various capacities before succeeding her father as CEO of family-owned NHB Holdings in 2020. In 2023, the baking company acquired Columbus, OH-based Graffiti Foods, a producer of highly customized, liquid blend solutions for intermediate and regional chain restaurants. The company later integrated Graffiti Foods with Coalescence NHB to create New Horizons Food Solutions.

Bediako joins eight other 2025 Women of Achievement honorees:
