MILWAUKEE — Connie’s Frozen Pizza, a branch of Palermo Villa, Inc., expanded its portfolio with the launch of a new authentic wood-fired frozen pizza line.
Made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients, the new pizzas feature a crisp and airy crust, delivering the artisan taste and texture consumers associate with Connie’s. Its wood-fired crust starts with dough that’s slowly fermented for 24 hours and then baked in a wood-fired oven, designed to replicate the pizzeria experience straight from the freezer to a home oven.
“Consumers are looking for elevated frozen options that don’t compromise on taste or quality,” said Nick Fallucca, chief innovation officer for Palermo’s. “Our new wood‑fired pizzas stay true to Connie’s roots while meeting today’s demand for authentic, restaurant‑quality meals at home.”
The new line includes four flavors: Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Peppers & Onions, Margherita, and Sausage & Pepperoni.
Connie’s wood‑fired frozen pizzas are now available at select retailers throughout the Midwest for an SRP of $10.99, with additional distribution planned in the upcoming months.
