Mangieri was determined to bring handmade, high-quality pizza to consumers nationwide. The pizza is woodfire-baked and made with natural Italian ingredients such as Italian plum tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, sea salt, flour and oregano.

Earlier this year, Genio Della Pizza launched four flavors of the frozen pizzas in the New York City area:

  • Margherita – Topped with Italian tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil.
  • The Bianca – Topped with ricotta cheese, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and garlic.
  • Broccoli Rabe – Topped with Italian tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, broccoli rabe and olives.
  • Marinara – Topped with Italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and garlic.

The pizza dough is hand-stretched by a team trained to work with the nature of Mangieri’s dough, which pushes the hydration level, giving the pizza a lighter and more unique dough structure.

The frozen pizzas are now available across the nation through sales avenues including Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, Fresh Direct, Go Puff, Goldbelly, Nugget, Lassens, Feed, DeCicco & Sons and more.
