NEW YORK — The Specialty Food Association (SFA) announced the 2025 winners of its Leadership, Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards.

This year, the organization updated the Leadership Awards to account for two new award types: Next Generation leader, which honors three winners, and Volunteer of the Year, which recognizes an individual who has directly contributed to SFA’s success.

“One of our most important roles at SFA is celebrating the specialty food industry’s successes, and the people behind them,” said Bill Lynch, SFA president. “We’re proud to recognize accomplished leaders each year through our People Awards programs. This year, with the launch of the Next Generation Leader and Volunteer of the Year Awards, we’re evolving to reflect today’s SFA.”

Several members of the baking industry were listed among this year’s honorees.

In the Leadership section, Collette Divitto of Collettey’s Cookie Corp. received the Citizenship recognition, and Caroline McGinley of Gringuita Cookies was one of the Next Gen Leader honorees.
