BOONTON, NJ — Our Home, an independent better-for-you snack platform, acquired the Good Health and R.W. Garcia brands; manufacturing facilities in Lincolnton, NC, and Lilitz, PA; and their related assets from Utz Brands. The company will also assume Utz’ Las Vegas facility lease and manufacturing operations. Utz’ sale of brands and assets to Our Home was announced earlier this year.

The expanded capacity will allow the company to deliver across the largest salty sub-categories, drive streamlined growth, and scale its existing platform and footprint across the US.
