DICKINSON, ND — Baker Boy, a manufacturer of premium bakery products for foodservice, bakery, c-store and private label, announced the promotion of three senior leaders to VP roles.

Melissa Krehlik was promoted to CFO/VP, Derek Rambousek now serves as VP of operations, and Craig VanHyfte was named VP of sales and marketing. All three will assume additional responsibilities with their new titles.

“These senior leaders have nearly 70 years of combined experience at Baker Boy,” said Guy Moos, president of Baker Boy. “Their dedication and commitment to continuous improvements have helped our company rapidly grow. I trust their continued leadership will prepare us to serve even more Baker Boy customers.”

Krehilk, who has worked at Baker Boy since 1996, most recently held the title of director of administration and finance.

Rambousek also started at the bakery in 1996. He most recently served as director of manufacturing.

VanHyfte has served as the company’s director of sales and marketing since 2011.

“I’m excited about the sales growth opportunities we have at Baker Boy in both the foodservice and retail segments in the coming years, and to work with our sales team to reach our goals that help grow the company,” he said.
