EAST HANOVER, NJ — Mondelez International’s popular sandwich cookie brand is at it again with a ‘newstalgic’ flavor innovation.

The limited-edition OREO Firecracker Pop cookie is inspired by the frozen, tri-colored treat. It features three fruity flavored cremes — blue raspberry, lemon and cherry — sandwiched between two classic golden cookies.

OREO Firecracker Pop cookies are on shelves at retailers nationwide for a limited time, while supplies last.

The summer flavor follows the brand’s recent reformulation of its OREO Cakester line, offering consumers a softer texture.
