SUMNER, WA — Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery, known for its array of diet-friendly baked goods, introduced individually wrapped, single-serve muffins and brownies to cater to consumers seeking grab-and-go breakfast and snack items.
The launch arrives in tandem with the gluten-free market’s continued global growth, which, according to a report from Grand View Research, is projected to reach $13.7 billion by 2030.
“Antonina’s proprietary gluten-free flour blend makes muffins and brownies so good that gluten-free and gluten-eating customers alike enjoy them,” said Robert Kidd, VP of sales and marketing for Antonin’s Gluten-Free Bakery. “This versatility lets retailers stock one muffin or brownie for all customers, protecting margins while serving a wide range of shoppers.”
The muffins are available in Cinnamon Chip, Triple Chocolate, Lemon Poppy Seed, and Chocolate Chip flavors, and the brownies are offered in a Double Chocolate flavor. Antonina’s latest portfolio additions are kosher and made free from nuts and peanuts, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.
Both frozen-to-thaw items come in a 3.5-ounce format with four caddies per case. The muffins caddy includes six products while the brownie caddies include 12 each.
