TUKWILA, WA — Breton has upgraded its gluten-free cracker line with verification from the Non-GMO Project as well as a new look and feel.

Breton Gluten-Free Crackers will be available to consumers across the US this summer in the flavor options of Flax & Sea Salt and Herb & Garlic. Both varieties are made from a blend of tapioca flour and green lentil flour.
