LOS ANGELES – This Saves Lives, a better-for-you food brand focused on positively impacting the world, announced today the release of new kids’ oatmeal and kids’ GranolaPop.

The brand, co-founded by actors Kristen Bell, Ryan Devlin, Todd Grinnell and Ravi Patel, adds these new products to its existing lines of snack bars. Each purchase of any This Saves Lives item sends food aid to a child in need suffering from acute malnutrition.

The new oatmeal is available in five flavors: apple cinnamon, chocolate, rainbow sprinkles, blueberry and strawberry. The granola line serves as a BFY option for breakfast, snack time or an anytime treat, and also comes in five flavors: cinnamon sugar, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate, blueberry and strawberry.

Each serving contains one full serving of fruits and vegetables and are free from gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy and shellfish.

“In developing our new kids GranolaPop and oatmeal, it was important to us to create better-for-you products with low sugar, and overall responsible nutrition to help families kickstart the day, snack and share anywhere at any time,” said Jensen Thome, CEO of This Saves Lives. “But equally as important, is to give parents an easy way to educate at mealtime and talk with kids about the importance of helping other children who need it most. It’s incredible to see how excited kids get knowing that every time they enjoy our oatmeal or granola, they’re helping send food to kids who need it most around the world. We are building a future for our children to make a real difference, one bowl at a time.”

Bell agreed with Thome, saying that This Saves Lives’ mission of inspiring global change through keeping people fueled is at the core of the business’ values.

“It’s more important than ever before to give back to children who need it most, and it’s the core reason we started This Saves Lives,” Bell said. “My kids love starting off the day with our new oatmeal and GranolaPop, and I love knowing they’re getting a delicious and nutritious meal.”

The new oatmeal has a suggested retail price of $4.99 per 6-count box and the granola has a suggested retail price of $7.99 per 10-oz. bag. The new products are available now on ThisSavesLives.com and will be available in additional retailers in the future.
