THOMASVILLE, GA — Consumer preferences are constantly shifting, and baking companies such as Flowers Foods are innovating to keep up. The company’s 2025 product lineup revealed multiple new products and flavor expansions, focusing on smaller households and meeting consumers where they shop.

“The world of food is constantly evolving, and we are focused on keeping the consumer at the heart of everything we do,” said Mark Courtney, chief brand officer for Flowers Foods. “Our latest innovation further expands our branded portfolio to meet the needs of consumers seeking differentiated, better-for-you products, as well as those shopping with value in mind.”

Flowers Foods’ recently released products include:

Nature’s Own

  • Keto Hot Dog Buns and Multi-Grain Loaf: The brand is expanding its Keto lineup following the success of Nature’s Own Life Keto Loaf and Soft White Buns. Both new products contain one net carb per serving while offering the same flavor and texture that consumers seek from bread.
  • Expanded selection of Small Loaves: Smaller households and those looking for variety in their groceries can now find Nature’s Own Small Loaves in three new varieties: Hawaiian, Sourdough and 100% Whole Wheat. The new additions join the existing Ancient Grain and Homestyle White loaves introduced last year.

Dave’s Killer Bread

  • Sandwich Rolls: The organic bread brand expanded its product lineup with the national launch of organic Sandwich Rolls in two varieties: 21 Whole Grains and Seeds and Sandwich Rolls Done Right. Dave’s Killer Bread Sandwich Rolls are certified USDA organic, Non-GMO Project Verified and contain no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial additives or preservatives.
  • Snack Bites: In January, Dave’s Killer Bread added to its on-the-go snack product line with the national launch of Organic Snack Bites. The product combines whole grain nutrition and simple ingredients, made with organic nuts, seeds and grains. DKB Snack Bites are available in six sweet and savory varieties, including Honey Nut, Bold Buffalo and Cinna Roll.

Wonder

  • Mini Loaf: Wonder’s Mini Loaf, a 12-ounce version of its standard Classic White Bread, is designed for smaller households or those who want multiple bread flavors without waste.
  • Cake: Wonder launched its first line of snack cakes in March. The expansion marks a new chapter for the brand and now offers consumers a fresh take on classic indulgences. Products include Creme-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes, Glazed Honey Buns, Crunch Donuts and more.

Canyon Bakehouse

  • Sourdough-Style Bread: The brand’s new Sourdough-Style Bread marks the first nationally available option for gluten-free consumers. The loaf delivers the traditional flavors of sourdough in a whole grain, gluten-free format, which is also free of dairy, soy, sesame and nuts.
