OVERLAND PARK, KS — BEMA has expanded its staff with the addition of Wesley (Wes) Luczak and Ella Bowers as membership manager and project assistant, respectively.

Luczak brings more than 10 years of membership management experience to the association. He most recently served as membership manager for the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County (Wisconsin).

Bowers previously worked as special projects coordinator and administrative specialist and trainer at the University of Arkansas and event operations assistant at the Fayetteville Public Library. She previously interned with BEMA for the 2022 Convention and the 2022 International Baking Industry Exposition.
