MIAMI — bakerly, a producer of French-inspired baked goods, is expanding its line of signature crêpes and on-the-go snacks with a fresh spin on a childhood staple: peanut butter and grape-filled crêpes.
“As a kid growing up in France, nothing compared to the joy and taste of a freshly made French crêpe, and we wanted to share that joy with Americans while incorporating something that is beloved and nostalgic over here as well: peanut butter and jelly,” said Fabian Milon, co-founder and COO of bakerly.
Each individually wrapped PB&J crêpe is specially crafted with original French recipes and fused with the American combo of peanut butter and jelly using simple ingredients including smooth peanut butter, real eggs and butter. They are made without preservatives, high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors.

“We’re thrilled to continue sharing our love of French baked goods and quality ingredients through our latest creation, peanut butter and grape-filled crêpes to-go, and at the same time make busy lives a little easier and more delicious,” Milon added.
Milon and co-founder Julien Caron started bakerly in 2015 to bring French traditions and their personal childhood favorites to the US market. With Milon’s years of experience running a creperie in Brittany, France, and Caron’s savviness, gained from his family’s food business, the pair was inspired to recreate the quality and taste of the French delicacies they grew up with, but with a twist.
bakerly’s line of crêpes to-go, which includes a chocolate hazelnut and strawberry filling variety, can be found at retailers nationwide and online on the brand’s website and Amazon.
