CHARLOTTE, NC — Specialty snack producer Truly Good Foods (TGF) announced the promotion of Lisa Smith to VP of sales and marketing. Smith will spearhead the company’s sales and marketing strategies with a focus on expanding TGF’s consumer reach, driving business growth and delivering success throughout the customer service function.

Prior to joining the company in 2016, Smith ran her own marketing agency. She was promoted to TGF’s director of marketing in 2020 and successfully created the company’s first CPG product line that refreshed the brand’s image. Additionally, Smith helped drive profitability through product innovation, fostering strong customer relationships and streamlining the overall product strategy.

“I’m eager to collaborate with our talented team to explore new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth,” she said. “It’s an exciting time for Truly Good Foods, and I’m honored to play a part in shaping its future.”

In this role, Smith will also accelerate the business’ go-to-market strategies with a one-team approach while strengthening the customer-centric business model to tap into new markets.
