SAN ANTONIO — Vilore Foods — known for its US distribution of emerging, culturally connected brands such as La Costeña, Jumex and Totis — announced its acquisition of Tia Lupita Foods. The deal marks a strategic step for Vilore Foods to expand its portfolio with authentic and diverse brands.

Tia Lupita Foods has built a reputation for its better-for-you, simple ingredients and bold Mexican flavors, aligning with Vilore Foods’ mission to bring culturally enhanced products to modern consumers.
