AUSTIN, TX — Siete Foods, a Mexican-American food brand under the PepsiCo umbrella, entered a partnership with Southwest Airlines to bring its snack options to Extra Leg Room (ELR) customers. This includes the debut of Siete Mini Grain Free Mexican Wedding Cookies.

Starting April 21, customers traveling in ELR seats on select flights will be among the first to enjoy Siete Mini Grain Free Mexican Wedding Cookies onboard.

“We’ve evolved our offerings with elevated options, and we are proud to welcome Siete into our snack lineup for ELR customers,” said Lisa Hingson, VP of customer experience and innovation at Southwest Airlines. “Siete shares our Texas roots and passion for hospitality, and we look forward to sharing their high-quality, thoughtful snacks with our customers when they fly.”

The new partnership follows extensive customer research and testing, including a sampling where out of more than 200 snack options, Southwest customers selected Siete’s Mexican Wedding Cookies. The sweet good, which features better-for-you ingredients and a cleaner label, appeals to consumers as a grain-, gluten- and dairy-free option.

To celebrate the collaboration, Siete hosted a Backyard Asada in Austin, TX, bringing both companies together to honor shared culture, connections and food.

Following their special one‑day preview, the cookies will make their official debut on Southwest’s birthday, June 18, featuring the airline’s first‑ever co‑branded snack packaging.
