BUFFALO, NY — Based on the results of an independent survey of over 217,000 US-based employees who work for companies that employ at least 1,000 people nationally, Rich Products (Rich’s) has been awarded a place on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers for Company Culture 2026.

The award, presented in collaboration with Statista, a statistics portal and industry ranking provider, recognized Rich’s ongoing commitment to creating an empowering workplace and investing in its employees’ growth opportunities.

The award evaluation was based on personal testimonies, public opinion, and company culture-related KPIs (fairness, acceptance, opportunity, etc.).

“Our culture has always been one of Rich’s greatest strengths,” said Dwight Gram, senior VP of communications, culture and corporate affairs at Rich Products. “We believe strong businesses are built by people who feel valued and have an opportunity to make a difference. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reinforces what we’ve worked so hard to create for more than 80 years. It’s a testament to our people who show up every day and make Rich’s the special place that it is.”

One example of Rich’s demonstrated commitment to workforce development includes the launch of the Rich Products Scholar Program, formed in partnership with Niagara University and Foreign Trade University, one of Vietnam’s premier academic institutions. The collaboration is designed to promote cross-cultural understanding, empower students from both institutions to develop global business skills and create a successful workforce pipeline.
