SALINA, KS — Repco, a leading supplier of vitamin and ingredient blends for commercial mills, bakeries, and food and beverage manufacturers, promoted Jason Creed to president.
Creed has served as the company’s CFO since 2018. His strategic contributions have played a vital role in Repco’s growth and expansion.
Creed has an extensive background in finance, operations and agribusiness. Since joining Repco, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational success and strategic growth. In 2022, he expanded his role to include oversight of operations and was named VP in 2024.
“Jason’s promotion to president is a natural progression given his deep understanding of our business, his strong financial acumen and his ability to drive operational improvements,” said Monte White, CEO of Repco. “I am confident that he will continue to strengthen Repco’s position in the marketplace and drive future success.”
Prior to joining Repco, he spent 16 years in the agricultural cooperative industry, including nine years as controller for Farmers Cooperative Conway Springs and seven years at MKC, where he served as controller and director of energy operations. In addition, Creed held the position of CFO at Star Seed for five years.
As president, Creed will focus on leading Repco’s strategic initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering team development and collaboration. Under his leadership and advisement, Repco will expand its reach and maintain its commitment to quality and service.
