ROBESONIA, PA — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), a leader in the bakery and snack production systems space, has promoted Shane Hanlon to director of project services.
Hanlon brings 29 years of manufacturing experience to the role and has been with the company since 2013. He has excelled in a wide range of disciplines throughout his career, including management, sales, customer service, technology integration, manufacturing engineering and project management.
“Shane has been a key contributor to the success of many complex projects since joining RBS,” said Travis Getz, VP of operations at Reading Bakery Systems. “[He] has both the leadership and vision to drive our business forward by creating and delivering customized solutions to our customers.”
In this new position, Hanlon will be leading the project management, technical services and application engineering teams.
