ROBESONIA, PA — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) announced Tremaine Hartranft as VP of technical growth and strategy.

In this role, Hartranft will support product line development, oversee the RBS Science & Innovation Center, serve as the primary technical resource for the executive team and evaluate opportunities to mitigate risk while helping the RBS business grow.

“We’re excited to welcome Tremaine back to the RBS organization,” said Chip Czulada, current executive VP and CFO of RBS and incoming president of the company in 2024. “His experience and track record in project management, engineering and technical sales will be vital to growing our technical capabilities and services.”

Hartranft initially joined RBS in 2005 as a design engineer. He moved up in the company from project manager to director of engineering and technical sales until he left RBS in 2022 to work in the renewable energy sector.
