Through a “nothing wasted” model of processing — turning Kansas-grown wheat into functional ingredients and converting the residual wheat starch into ethanol and animal feed — PureField uses multiple value streams via a single input. This creates potential for the company to achieve net-zero or net-negative carbon intensity.

Purefield will begin carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) operations following final commissioning, establishing it as one of the lowest-carbon-intensity ethanol producers globally.
