ROBESONIA, PA — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), a global provider of innovative snack production systems, has developed its first Pretzel Training Seminar, set for Feb. 3-4, 2026, at the RBS Science & Innovation Center in Sinking Spring, PA.
Designed for both new pretzel manufacturers and experienced operators seeking a refresher, the event will provide practical insights, live demonstrations, hands-on activities and expert guidance for every stage of pretzel production.
“Our Pretzel Training will combine classroom learning, live demonstrations and real-world solutions,” said Cameron Johnston, RBS senior director, product and process innovation. “Participants will leave with actionable solutions to improve efficiency, expand product ranges and strengthen their operations.”
Topics will include ingredient selection, mixing methods, extrusion, proofing, oven and dryer optimization, gluten-free and co-extruded applications, and advanced process monitoring with the SCORPION Profiling System.
