CARLSBAD, CA — Milton’s Craft Bakers, a better-for-you food manufacturer, entered two new snack categories with the launch of Pizza Snack Bites and Protein Crackers.
The Protein Crackers feature 9-10 grams of protein and are made with a proprietary blend of fava bean, rice, sunflower and pea proteins. The new gluten-free cracker is available in multiple flavors: Crispy Sea Salt, Everything, Green Chili, Jalapeño, Red Chili, Salt & Pepper, Salt & Vinegar, and Zesty Ranch. Milton’s Protein crackers come in 4.5-ounce pouches.
Reimagined with Milton’s signature gluten-free cauliflower crust, Pizza Snack Bites are certified gluten-free and are made with real cheese and scratch-made sauce. Each serving of the snack bites offers 6 grams of protein. The new product is available in three flavors: Meat Lover’s Trio, Mozzarella & Provolone and Uncured Pepperoni. Pizza Snack Bites include about 20 bites per 10.2-ounce bag.
The new products bolster the brand’s portfolio, which includes gourmet crackers, organic crackers and cauliflower crust pizzas.
