WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Mightylicious, a gluten-free sweet snacks brand, has reformulated its line of cookies to deliver a thicker, crispier product that’s baked longer in small batches.
Made with clean-label awareness, the updated recipe omits preservatives while maintaining the flavor and gluten-free format the brand is known for. Each cookie is free of gluten, wheat, rye, barley and RBST. The portfolio is also kosher certified and includes certified vegan options and non-GMO ingredients.
“Our hand-crafted cookies are designed to indulge and satisfy,” said Carolyn Haeler, founder and CEO of Mightylicious. “With this new recipe, we wanted to elevate the texture even further, making them thicker, crispier, and even more irresistible while keeping them completely gluten-free and allergen-friendly.”
Mightylicious’ reformulated crispy Gluten Free Cookies will roll out June 2026 in 6.4-ounce bags for an SRP of $7.99.
