LOS ANGELES — Mexican food brand La Monarca Bakery’s product lineup is growing with the addition of Assorted Mexican Cookies.

“For years, customers have asked us to create a box of our best-selling cookies, and I’m excited to introduce our Assorted Mexican Cookie Collection to Costco Members,” said Ricardo Cervantes, La Monarca co-founder and CEO. “Just in time for the holiday season, our Assorted Mexican Cookie Box includes our top-selling cookies. It’s perfect for gifting to friends, sharing with loved ones, or enjoying with a cup of your favorite Mexican coffee. Like all of our products, these delicious cookies are made in small batches using simple ingredients, and never with artificial flavors or preservatives.”

The product features six different varieties: wedding cookies, polvorones, orejitas, cinnamon cookies, butter cookies and chocolate butter cookies.

La Monarca Assorted Mexican Cookies come in an 18-ounce container and will be available in 52 Costco warehouses in Southern California for $9.89.

Earlier this year, the brand celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with the release of Crunchy Cinnamon Churro Cookies.
