CARMEL, IN — With the American Society of Baking’s (ASB) BakingTECH 2024 less than five months away, the organization has revealed the speakers for its upcoming event.
Evan Bail is a is a multimedia journalist from Overland Park, KS. Her passion for writing and media was developed at a young age through film and literature. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. In her free time, you can find her playing tennis, spending time with her family or walking her dog at the dog park.
CARMEL, IN — With the American Society of Baking’s (ASB) BakingTECH 2024 less than five months away, the organization has revealed the speakers for its upcoming event.
The opening keynote will be given by Kenyon Salo, a trainer, facilitator and speaker in adventure, leadership and team building, he is known as the “James Bond of motivational speaking.” His presentation will be held at 9 a.m. on Feb. 28.
Bill Benjamin, a thought leader on emotional intelligence and peak performance from a mathematical perspective, will wrap up the education sessions with the closing keynote speech on Feb. 29 at 3 p.m. This will be held right before ASB’s Casino Night, which begins at 4:15 p.m.
In addition to these guest speakers, BakingTECH will include industry-defining educational content on sustainability, hygienic design, ingredient technology, food safety, education, consumer trends and more.
