CHICAGO — Registration is now open for BakingTECH 2024, the American Society of Baking’s (ASB) annual event. The gathering marks the organization’s 100th anniversary.
During the conference, which will be held Feb. 27-29, 2024, at the Hilton Chicago, industry leaders will converge for innovative educational programming, networking events, more than 25 technical presentations and the MarketPlace trade show.
The grain-based food industry employs more than 330,000 people at over 10,000 commercial baking facilities and high-volume retail bakeries. ASB fosters a full range of opportunities in education and professional development for people within the industry and is a resource for baked goods manufacturers of all sizes.
