YORK, PA — JLS Automation has named Shawn Rauchut to the newly created position of VP, finance and accounting.
Annie Hollon is a journalist, copywriter and social media strategist from the Dallas, Texas area. She found a love for magazine writing during her time at the University of Alabama where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in public relations and English. Beyond writing, you can find her expanding her library, attempting to teach herself the guitar and trying new hobbies.
YORK, PA — JLS Automation has named Shawn Rauchut to the newly created position of VP, finance and accounting.
Rauchut, who will report to COO Craig Wolfe, will be responsible for cash management and financial planning. He will also partner with the leadership team in the revenue recognition process.
“Shawn brings a strong understanding of lean process improvement, budget planning and forecasting, complex data analysis, and decision making,” Wolfe said. “His proven track record in financial oversight, leading cross-functional collaboration, employee engagement, and organizational strategy execution will help JLS continue to grow and achieve its strategic business goals.”
With over 30 years of financial experience in the manufacturing industry, Rauchut previously served as VP of finance at Graham Engineering Corp. Prior to that, he worked as CFO at Philadelphia Mixing Solutions and New Penn Motor Express. Early in his career, Rauchut worked as a controller at Legrand Home Systems, Inc. for over seven years.
