YORK, PA — JLS Automation announced the addition of Carl Roeder to the Northwest US sales team as regional sales manager.
In this new role, Roeder will work with Jim Jeffries, director of sales for the region, to support and grow sales in the Northwest.
“Carl brings a wealth of industry experience and application knowledge,” said Mike Newcome, VP of sales at JLS. “His ability to analyze and simplify complex technical challenges will greatly benefit our team and advance the objectives of our company. We are happy to have him.”
Roeder brings over 13 years of experience in packaging and capital equipment, specifically robotics and secondary packaging, to the JLS team. Most recently, he worked as West Coast regional sales engineer at Cama North America and in the same role at Schneider packaging. In addition to sales engineering roles, Roeder spent 10 years with Pearson Packaging in a variety of positions from robot assembly to commissioning project manager to aftermarket sales manager for the Midwest territory.
