Hershey appoints Stacy Taffet as chief growth officer

HERSHEY, PA — The Hershey Co. announced the appointment of Stacy Taffet to chief growth officer, effective April 14.

In this role, Taffet will drive growth strategies for the company’s snack portfolio, including Dot’s Homemade Pretzels.

Taffet joins Hershey from PepsiCo, where she most recently served as senior VP of beverage portfolio and marketing strategy. She brings 20 years of marketing leadership experience — 15 of which are in the CPG space — as well as a background in brand management, digital marketing, innovation strategy and commercial planning.

The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to growth and bolstering its position in global snacking through brand development and innovation.
