MINNEAPOLIS — Females in Food (FIF), an organization dedicated to advancing gender equality in the food and beverage industry, announced the NourishHer Summit 2024, which will take place on Nov. 8 in Minnesota.
The event aims to unite women from across the industry to engage in insightful discussions, networking connections and professional development opportunities.

The summit will also feature panelists and two keynote speakers who will provide insights and offer valuable lessons on scaling a start-up into a seasoned business.

The two keynote speakers include:
Arika Pierce Williams, JD, founder and CEO of Piercing Strategies, will deliver her keynote address, “I’m Not Ready is a Lie,” which will focus on shifting mindsets and empowering leaders to succeed.
Sarah Bridges, PhD, MBA, a psychologist and executive coach with more than 25 years of experience, will deliver her keynote, “I Can’t Say That: Empowering Leaders to Voice Uncomfortable Topics,” which will provide observations on effective leadership communication.
Seven different sessions, including breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and cocktails, will be held to foster meaningful connection and collaboration among attendees.
