NEW CAMBRIA, KS — Farmer Direct Foods, a leading producer of regeneratively grown and artisan-quality grain-based products, promoted Keaton Hale to VP of operations.

Hale, a fourth-generation miller, was previously the company’s plant manager. As VP of operations, he’ll continue directing mill operations, which includes daily production, personnel and efficiencies. Hale will also be involved with the development and implementation of capital improvement projects throughout Farmer Direct Foods’ milling operation.

Prior to joining Farmer Direct, Hale was the mill superintendent at Grain Craft in Pendleton, OR, where he managed the mill’s daily operations and implemented continuous improvement strategies.
