NEW CAMBRIA, KS — Completing a significant milestone for the company, Farmer Direct Foods held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its facility expansion on March 7.

NEW CAMBRIA, KS — Completing a significant milestone for the company, Farmer Direct Foods held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its facility expansion on March 7.
The Salina Chamber of Commerce was in attendance at the celebration to support Farmer Direct Foods on its impact to the region. Two of Farmer Direct Foods’ customers — King Arthur Baking Co. and Farm to Market Bread Co. — were also in attendance. King Arthur was presented the Regenerative Customer of the Year Award and Farm to Market was given the New Customer of the Year Award.
Taking place after the initial groundbreaking on May 10, 2023, the celebration commemorates a $2 million investment aiming to revolutionize the production of premium whole grain flours.
The newly constructed warehouse, which includes a state-of-the-art bulk packing machine and second milling station, will assist Farmer Direct Foods in delivering quality and consistency to its customers.
