Julia Mayden, Ben Mantooth and Keaton Hale, who have been with FDF since its origin, have been promoted to senior VP.
“Their four years of dedicated service, willingness to take on more responsibility, and embodiment of our core values have been invaluable,” said Tim Webster, CEO of FDF, in a LinkedIn post. “They oversee everything except bakery and foodservice sales at FDF, and we are fortunate to have them as ‘owner operators.’”
Penny Swarts and Jack Westhoff have been promoted to director of administration and logistics and director of milling operations, respectively.
“These two are special ‘bright lights’ who drive so much progress and ensure that even challenging times are enjoyable and worthwhile,” Webster continued. “As we continue building FDF into a national brand in the retail, bakery and foodservice channels, we are proud to recognize these individuals who work tirelessly every day to support our customers, growers, and team members.”
The company it is also celebrating the four-year anniversary of FDF’s acquisition from the growers who had prioritized stone-ground flours made from regeneratively grown wheat for 30 years.
