SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MI — Ethel’s Baking Co., a gluten-free baked goods brand out of Michigan, announced industry vet Ronnie Elrod’s promotion to VP of operations.
Annie Hollon is a journalist, copywriter and social media strategist from the Dallas, Texas area. She found a love for magazine writing during her time at the University of Alabama where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in public relations and English. Beyond writing, you can find her expanding her library, attempting to teach herself the guitar and trying new hobbies.
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MI — Ethel’s Baking Co., a gluten-free baked goods brand out of Michigan, announced industry vet Ronnie Elrod’s promotion to VP of operations.

Elrod, who has over 20 years of experience as an operations executive, joined the baking brand in June 2021 as director of operations.
Before his work at Ethel’s Baking Co., Elrod’s experience spans an array of bakery brands such as Miller Baking Co., Base Culture and Dave’s Killer Bread, which falls under the Flowers Foods umbrella.
