Donatone has worn many professional hats throughout her career, several of them in food. She has been involved with the Culinary Institute of America, received awards from the Women’s Foodservice Forum and spent nearly a decade on the National Restaurant Association board. Beyond her food-centric resume, she has also held executive positions for businesses in facilities management, banking and airline industries.

Her experience as a board member is also extensive. She served on the Jamba Juice board from 2013 to 2018 and is a current board member for Electrolux Professional and Sbarro. She is also a board member of a Denver-based nonprofit addiction recovery center that focuses on healing through organized fitness.
