BIRMINGHAM, MI — Cooper Street Snacks, a family-owned baking company known for its better-for-you products, completed its acquisition of Harvest Valley Bakery on Sept. 6.
Annie Hollon is a journalist, copywriter and social media strategist from the Dallas, Texas area. BIRMINGHAM, MI — Cooper Street Snacks, a family-owned baking company known for its better-for-you products, completed its acquisition of Harvest Valley Bakery on Sept. 6.
The Harvest Valley facility, now named Cooper Street Bakery, will bolster Cooper Street Snacks’ production capabilities and support its ability to meet growing consumer demand. Cooper Street Bakery will operate independently but support the baking company’s expanding product lines, strengthening Cooper Street Snacks’ operational foundation and leveling up its production efficiency.
In addition to the name change, Cooper Street Snacks will make a strategic investment in its newly acquired facility by introducing advanced baking technologies and processes to modernize production.
As part of the deal, Cooper Street Snacks has added several professionals to the team with experience in baking, contract manufacturing and financial management. These staff additions will support the facility’s overall operational effectiveness.
