CHICAGO — Mondelez International announced that Ann Mukherjee, chair and CEO of Pernod Ricard North America, will join the global snack company’s board of directors effective Jan. 1, 2023.
“We welcome Ann to our Board and look forward to benefitting from her strong track record in leading and advising multinational consumer packaged goods companies,” said Dirk Van de Put, chair and CEO of Mondelez International. “Her expertise in consumer insights, commercial execution and brand innovation will provide important perspective to our board and team as we continue advancing our Vision 2030 strategy as a global snacking leader.”
Mukherjee has served in her roles at Pernod Ricard, a global wine and spirits leader, since December 2019. Prior to this role, she worked for S. C. Johnson and Son as global chief commercial officer and global CMO. Additionally, her past roles included positions at PepsiCo as president, global snacks group and global insights, and Frito-Lay as SVP and CMO.
With the appointment of Mukherjee, Mondelez’s board of directors now spans 11 members.
