NEW YORK — IFF, a global supplier of food ingredients focused on better-for-you offerings in addition to beverage, scent home, and personal care and health, has named Andy Muller as president of its Food Ingredients division.
Muller joined IFF after serving as president of functional ingredients and solutions at Corbion, where his leadership focused on bakery, meat, dairy, confectionery, beverage, pet food and biochemicals. His decades-long career has been spent with companies such as Danisco — which later became Dupont’s Nutrition and Health business — where he expanded organizational capabilities, rationalized the product portfolio and refocused the company’s end-market capabilities.
In his new role, Muller will focus on growth for specialty ingredients and delivering value to IFF’s customer base. With a wealth of experience in the ingredient space, his entrepreneurial mindset will aid the company in integrating innovation and supply chain while supporting IFF’s focus on further building compelling value propositions for food manufacturers.
