American Society of Baking opens registration for BakingTECH 2023

KANSAS CITY, MO — Registration is now open for the American Society of Baking’s (ASB) premier event, BakingTECH 2023.

The event, to be held Feb. 28 through March 2 in Chicago, will feature several technical sessions, networking opportunities and the MarketPlace tradeshow. The tradeshow is expected to draw in over 130 ingredient and equipment suppliers along with service providers.

BakingTECH’s theme this year is resilience as a token of appreciation to generations of bakers that came before and bakers currently facing challenges in the industry.

Programming for the event will touch on an array of topics such as recruiting and retaining workforce, professional development, ingredient technologies, consumer behaviors, sustainability and more.
