Farinart launched a new line of 100% Québec‑grown whole grain flours produced using regenerative agriculture practices. The flours are for bakeries aiming to produce carbon‑neutral breads. The range of stone-milled flours includes soft and hard red winter wheat, winter rye, and malted winter barley.
