SENIUS’ new Hybrid Heat Exchanger for tunnel ovens combines gas and electrical heating in a single integrated solution, allowing bakeries to continuously adapt energy use without compromising production stability. The hybrid solution enables one energy source to be selected as the primary source during normal operation, while the other acts as a backup. The system makes it possible to use periods with surplus electricity in the grid, allowing production to benefit from fluctuations in both electricity prices and availability.
