HEUFT’s Vulkan Impact takes the traditional craftsmanship quality to an industrial dimension, whether in a mono-line or for a wide range of bakery products. The multi-deck tunnel oven can integrate up to 12 hearths as standard and allow high quantities with a baking area of up to 350m2. Every single hearth is well insulated, and the temperature, steam and turbulence zones can be individually configured for each product.
