DAYTON, OH — A major milestone for Killer Brownie is paving the way for its next chapter.

The baking company, best known for its indulgent dessert offerings, announced plans for a new headquarters and the expansion of its existing operations facility. This project expands the business’s footprint from 50,000 square feet to 140,000 square feet, supporting its rapidly expanding team and boosting operational capability.

“This moment is about more than a new facility — it’s about investing in the future of our team, our brand and the culture that has shaped Killer Brownie from the beginning,” said Chimene Mayne-Ross, CEO of Killer Brownie. “Bringing everyone together under one roof creates space for deeper collaboration, continued innovation and the kind of connection that allows us to keep delivering something truly special to consumers across the country.”

Killer Brownie’s expansion is supported by a tax credit from the Ohio Department of Development’s Tax Credit Authority, with additional assistance from JobsOhio.

“Killer Brownie has built remarkable momentum over the last several years, and this facility positions the brand for its next phase of growth,” said John Linehan, president of Irresistible Foods Group, which acquired the bakery brand in 2024. “We’re making a long-term investment in the future of the business, ensuring we have the operational foundation and capacity needed to continue expanding our national presence.”

The bakery brand will assume occupancy of the new HQ following the closing of the property transaction this summer. Completion of the property sale process is currently set for June 30.
